Is Ink/toner included in your contracts?

Yes our contracts are fully inclusive of all ink/toner which can prove very cost efficient.

Are you able to service/repair existing printing equipment?

Yes our engineers will assess broken/faulty devices to see whether this would be a feasible option.

Where are Greendocs based?

We are based on North Wales Business Park in Abergele, North Wales.

Do Greendocs cover the whole of the UK?

Yes we cover the whole of the UK and most parts of Europe.

What services do you offer?

We supply printers/photocopiers, print management software, label printers, digital displays, managed IT services and process optimisation.

What are your response times?

We work to an average response time of 4 working hours, this ensures that machine downtime is kept to a minimum.

How are Greendocs environmentally friendly?

Our products are carbon zero, we offer a recycling scheme for used toners, our offices are built to BREEAM standards, we plant enough trees to offset 100,000 sheets of paper for every print device sold through Greendocs.

Can you reduce printing costs?

In most cases we can reduce print costs by providing more efficient & reliable equipment.

Do you lease printing equipment?

Yes we offer leased equipment with full service contracts. The length of lease agreement can be tailored to meet our clients’ requirements.  Leasing equipment can not only assist with cash flow, but also add tax benefits to the majority of organisations.

Do you supply refurbished printing equipment?

Yes we supply both new and refurbished equipment.  All devices go through a full factory refurbishment and are met by the manufacturer’s guidelines.

Do you use genuine parts?

All equipment on a full service agreement is maintained using genuine manufactured parts. This provides superior print quality, reliability and ensures the manufacturer’s warranty is adhered to.

Are you able upgrade contracts early?

Yes we can upgrade contracts early depending on the terms of the agreement. This means that customers don’t have to wait until the end of their current agreements if their requirements change.
